§ Mr. van StraubenzeeProposals to establish nursery units at four primary schools, providing a total of 180 additional places, were submitted by the Southampton local education authority in October. 1970, for consideration under Phase 3 of the urban programme. Approval was given in January, 1971, for a nursery class providing 20 places to be established in one of these schools.
