§ Mr. Graham PageAs we said in our White Paper, Cmnd. 4584, the Government believe that there should be improved arrangements for investigating citizens' complaints. Consultations are now proceeding with the local authority associations and staff interests on our proposals; these are for the establishment by law of a Commission for Local Administration to investigate complaints of maladministration by local authorities. I am having copies of the consultation document placed in the Vote Office.
