§ Mr. Lathamasked the Secretary of State for Wales if he will list the steps taken to eliminate discrimination on grounds of sex from those fields of law and administration which are within the control of his Department: and in which 92W matters such steps have not yet been taken.
§ Mr. Peter ThomasThe policy of my Department is to eliminate unwarranted discrimination on grounds of sex in those fields of law and administration which are within its control. I am unaware of any such discrimination in regard to matters arising under legislation exclusive to Wales. If the hon. Member has any particular case in mind, perhaps he would let me know.
