§ Mr. Kenneth BakerThe post of chief executive of the Dockyards has been determined at deputy secretary level by the application of the usual grading criteria. The grading levels for the posts of head of the procurement executive and chief executive of the property services agency are permanent secretary and second permanent secretary respectively.
