§ Mr. Warrenasked the Minister of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food if he will prepare a Code of Fisheries Conservation for use in United Kingdom territorial waters when Great Britain is a member of the European Economic Community.
§ Mr. Anthony StodartConservation regulations within United Kingdom fisheries limits are set out in Statutory Instruments made from time to time by my right hon. Friends and myself. The countries concerned are informed of these orders, which apply to foreign vessels permitted to fish within the limits as well as to British ones.
