§ Mr. van StraubenzeeAs my right hon. and learned Friend the Chancellor of the Duchy of Lancaster told the hon. Member for Dartford (Mr. Trew) on 25th April, a Committee under the Chairmanship of Lord Goodman is organising a programme of artistic events to celebrate our entry into the European Economic Community. These celebrations are to be called "Fanfare for Europe" and concentrated on the first fortnight of January, 1973. Lord Goodman's Committee are preparing recommendations on how the £250,000 is to be allocated.
