§ Mr. Michael HeseltineThere are several channels, bilateral and international, through which aircraft noise and supersonic flight problems can be, and are, discussed with the United States authorities at the appropriate times. These include the Committee on Aircraft Noise and its three Working Groups, and the Sonic Boom Committee, of the International Civil Aviation Organisation.
