§ Mr. McMasterasked the Secretary of State for Northern Ireland how many writs and police summonses have been issued and have not been served since August, 1969, in respect of persons residing in the Ballymurphy, New Barnsley, Ardoyne, Falls and New Lodge Road districts of Belfast; and how many of these writs and summonses have been outstanding for more than 12 months.
