§ 34. Sir Gilbert Longdenasked the Secretary of State for Education and Science what response she has received to her offer of discussions with the teachers and local education authorities to establish facts about indiscipline, violence and vandalism in schools.
§ Mrs. Thatcher:So far, 10 out of the 11 organisations to which I wrote have replied expressing their willingness to take part in joint discussions, and I propose to arrange a meeting as soon as practicable.
