§ Sir K. JosephI have no proposals for amending the provisions regarding entitlement to supplementary benefit laid down in Section 4 of the Ministry of Social Security Act, 1966. As I told the House on 22nd March, I shall be laying an instrument proposing increased supplementary benefit scale rates with effect from 2nd October.—[Vol. 833, c. 1501.]
