§ Mr. Deakinsasked the Chancellor of the Exchequer (1) if he has agreed the European Economic Community provisions for consultation on budgetary matters; and on what authority he did so;
(2) when he expects to complete his study of the implications of the European Economic Community provisions for consultation on budgetary matters; if the results of that study will be reported to Parliament before the 1973 Budget; and if he will make a statement.
