§ Mr. Anthony GrantForty Government-owned advance factories and 10 small nursery units have been allocated since June, 1970, and are currently estimated to be providing employment for about 1,300 people. If applicants' estimates at the time of allocation are realised, employment in these factories and intended extensions to them when in full production may total about 4,400.
