§ Sir K. Joseph:Figures from the 1971 Census of Population are not yet available for Calne and Chippenham Rural District. The percentage of owner-occupied dwellings in that district as shown in the 1961 census was 34.5 per cent. and by the 1966 sample census 41.5 per cent. I will send my hon. Friend the corresponding figures from the 1971 census when they become available in the autumn.
