§ Dr. David Owenasked the Minister of State for Defence what categories of workers employed by the Navy Department within the area of overall responsibility of the Port Admirals receive no bonus payments, and piecework payments.
§ Mr. Kirk:The main groups concerned are employed within miscellaneous administrative support units which do not form part of the main dockyard or supply and transport organisations. A standard scheme for developing local efficiency agreements within these groups was announced last year and progress is being made in negotiating agreements with individual groups.
