§ Mr. G. Johnson SmithJoseph McCann was shot on 15th April, 1972, in Joy Street, Belfast by the security forces. The normal procedure is that all cases of fatal shooting are reported to the civil authorities in Northern Ireland; and, 185W since this case is still under consideration by them, it would be improper for me to comment in more detail.
