Mr. Gwynoro Jones

asked the Secretary of State for Trade and Industry (1) how many square feet of industrial building were approved for each of the economic planning regions of the United Kingdom in the first quarter of 1972, and how this compares with the figures for 1968, 1969, 1970 and 1971;

(2) how many industrial development certificates were granted in each of the economic planning regions of the United
