HC Deb 02 May 1972 vol 836 c92W
Mr. Arthur Lewis

asked the Secretary of State for Employment to what extent he requires his staff to work on their normal rest days and to work overtime; and whether such staff are able to refuse to work overtime or on their normal rest days without disciplinary action being taken against them.

Mr. Chichester-Clark:

I would refer the hon. Member to the reply given to him by my right hon. Friend the Prime Minister on Thursday, 27th April.—[Vol. 835, c. 361.]
