§ Mr. Lane:My right hon. Friend is notified by the police of thefts of explosives, but does not have the full information for which the hon. Member asks. Finds of explosives, whether stolen or not, are notified as necessary by the police direct to the service authorities under standing arrangements for the disposal of the explosives in the interests of public safety.
