§ Mr. Graham PageYes. We propose to retain elected councils as from April, 1974, in those small boroughs and urban districts which are comparable to parishes. As I announced in Standing Committee D last week, Amendments will be moved on Report stage of the Local Government Bill directing the Boundary Commission for England to make recommendations as to which boroughs and urban districts should retain councils without any break on reorganisation.
