§ Mr. Cormackasked the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs whether Her Majesty's Government propose to make any contribution towards the cost of the conference of Government experts on the Reaffirmation and Development of International Humanitarian Law Applicable in Armed Conflicts which is to be held by the International Committee of the Red Cross in May in Geneva.
