§ Mr. CarlisleSeven letters were received during February from women complaining about the enforcement of maintenance orders in magistrates' courts in England and Wales. The Government have taken measures, including improvements in the attachment of earnings system, to improve enforcement, but some men will remain unable to pay or determined not to pay whatever measures are taken.
