§ Mr. WhitelawYes. At present Members are entitled to a free allowance of stationery to the value of £25 a year. Any stationery above this amount has to be paid for. It has been calculated that the cost of the recovery of this money is not much less than the amount of money recovered. It has therefore been decided that from 1st April next all stationery should be supplied free to Members.
