§ Mr. NobleFrom 1st April the Civil Aviation Authority will have the duty of making recommendations to my right hon. Friend on the development of new and existing aerodromes. I doubt, however, that it will be possible for it to produce comprehensive recommendations on a national scale for some time, in view of the amount of work involved.
