§ Mr. Dalyellasked the Prime Minister if he is satisfied with the co-ordination between the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs and the 322W Secretary of State for the Environment on the British position in relation to the United Nations Stockholm Conference on the Environment; and if he will make a statement.
