Friend has in mind but I assume he is referring to the Chief 297W Medical Officer's Committee on the Medical Aspects of Food Policy and its Panel on Diet in Relation to Cardio-vascular and Cerebrovascular Disease. This is a complex subject and at this stage I cannot say when the panel is likely to report or give any forecast about publication.
