§ Mr. Kinseyasked the Secretary of State for Social Services if he is satisfied with the present arrangements for doctors to whom the Attendance Allowance Board has delegated the task of dealing with claims for attendance allowance to perform their tasks.
§ Mr. DeanThe Attendance Allowance Board tells me that it has every confidence in the doctors who, under its directions, have the duty of dealing with claims to the attendance allowance in accordance with the statutory provisions. We share this confidence and we are grateful to both the board and the staff for their efforts in the introduction of this new allowance.
