§ 109. Mr. Tinnasked the Secretary of State for the Environment what representations he has received from local authorities, organisations and individuals against the changes he proposes for Area Four in the Local Government Bill and what replies he has sent.
§ Mr. Graham PageMy right hon. Friend has received many representations on the proposals. As the hon. Member will know from the correspondence he has kindly forwarded, widely varying viewpoints are emerging. These are being analysed, but meaningful totals are not yet available. The replies confirm that all representations will be taken fully into account before the Government decides what recommendations to make to Parliament.
