§ Mr. Pavittasked the Secretary of State for Social Services if he will examine all cases in which a member of the Junior Hospital Doctors' Association has made five or more applications for jobs which constitute promotion and where all have been unsuccessful, in order to ensure that no victimisation has taken place.
§ Mr. AlisonAs the hon. Member is aware, my Department has told the Junior Hospital Doctors' Association that if the association or its members have specific evidence of alleged victimisation and are willing to forward it to the Department, the matter will be investigated.
