Mr. Geraint Morganasked the Secretary of State for Wales whether he will give the Abergele Urban District Council financial assistance, under the provisions of the Local Government Act, 1933, to defray the expenditure necessarily incurred by that authority in dealing with 268W the flood disaster that occurred within its area in July, 1971.
