§ Mr. KershawThe question of East German participation at the Stockholm Conference is as yet undecided. As my hon. Friend the Joint Parliamentary Under-Secretary told the House on 14th February, the proposals under consideration would, if accepted, ensure that the German Democratic Republic would be able to take a full working part in the Conference.—[Vol. 831, c.6.]
