§ Mr. BryanThe responsibility for encouraging training for those entering the agricultural industry rests with the Agricultural, Horticultural and Forestry Training Board. The board fulfils this responsibility by the operation of its new entrant training scheme and other forms of assistance to newcomers in the industry.
