§ Mr. CarlisleThe rules for the counting of war service for purposes of police pensions have been re-examined from time to time under successive goverments. While any further views which might be expressed on this question in Committee E of the Police Council would be considered, the difficulties are such that I can388W see little prospect of a change in the present rules.
