§ Mr. Leslie Huckfieldasked the Secretary of State for the Home Department whether he has yet received the advice of the Director of Public Prosecutions following his submission to him of a report by the police on alleged leaks of confidential information from Government Departments to commercial interests.
§ Mr. MaudlingThe Director of Public Prosecutions has now received a report 389W by the police on their investigation of these allegations. He will in due course advise the Commissioner of Police of the Metropolis what action should be taken.
