§ Mrs. Doris Fisherasked the Secretary of State for the Home Department what action he intends to take so that magistrates are enabled to implement their decisions regarding offenders in children's courts.
§ Mr. CarlisleI am not aware that the decisions of juvenile courts are not being implemented but I am aware that certain concern has been expressed as to the manner of their implementation. If the hon. Member has a particular case in mind I shall be glad to look into it.
