Mr. Arthur Lewisasked the Minister of Posts and Telecommunications 338W whether he will give the number of staff in this Department who will be affected by the Boyle proposals to increase salaries by 20 per cent. to 25 per cent.; what salaries they now receive; and to what extent these will be raised on the implementation of the Boyle Report.

Friend the Member for Surrey, East (Mr. William Clark).
