§ Sir J. EdenNo contracts have been awarded yet. Only the Independent Broadcasting Authority, when it has come into legal existence on 12th July, will be able to consider applications for programme contracts. It will be its responsibility to decide whether to make disclosures beyond what is required of it by Section 10 of the Act.
