§ Mr. Dudley SmithThe unemployment position of young people is constantly studied by my Department. Already various measures to alleviate the position have been taken and the need for further measures is being kept closely under review. The particular problem of job opportunities for the less well qualified is already being studied by the National Youth Employment Council.
