§ Mr. ChatawayI have received a number of complaints from operators of vending machines and equipment about the fraudulent use in such machines of certain tokens issued for advertising purposes. I am concerned at the situation disclosed and propose to consult the interests concerned with a view to avoiding the future issue of tokens which can be used in this manner.
