193WThe then Secretary of State appointed Mr. Peter Bristow, Q.C., to assist them as independent chairman. Their report on the definition of dock work in the Port of London has been freely available since 15th January, 1970. The committee didnot reach any agreed conclusion on improving the system for the determination of disputes about the definition of dock work by industrial tribunals.
