§ Mr. Carter-Jonesasked the Secretary of State for Social Services, in view of the health hazards resulting from smoking, if he will have further discussions with advertising agencies, sales-promotion organisations and cigarette companies to reduce their sales pressure techniques; and if he will now consider new legislation to restrict the sale of tobacco.
