§ Mr. Peter ThomasNo capital allocations were made under the Major School Building Programme for the replacement of old primary schools in the Heads of Valley area for 1970–71. Allocations for this purpose for 1971–72, 1972–73 and 1973–74 were £126,000, £325,000 and £221,000 respectively.
