Mr. Frank Allaunasked the Attorney-General if he will refer to the Director of Public Prosecutions the firm of Deansgate Domestic Services, 35 Little Peter Street, Manchester, for the unlawful possession of the washing machine of a Salford 74-year-old pensioner which it has retained for eight months despite the repeated requests of the pensioner and his Member of Parliament to return the machine, and despite repeated promises by the manager to do so.
