§ Mr. Arthur Lewisasked the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs if he will seek to amend the Overseas Resources Development Act, 1959, to enable him to exercise control over the salaries of the staff of the Commonwealth Development Corporation, in view of the rate at which these have been increased in recent years.
