§ Mr. Kenneth BakerParliamentary reports and Order Papers, which are produced overnight at St. Stephen's Parliamentary Press, are normally on sale to the public at HMSO's Holborn bookshop from 8.30 a.m. the following day. From time to time there are delays in production, which make it impossible to supply copies to the bookshop until later in the day. Everything possible is being done to maintain the normal service.
