§ Mr. Chichester-ClarkTwenty-four applicants aged 18 and 19 from Lanarkshire who applied for courses under the Vocational Training Scheme between 1st January and 31st May, 1972, were not accepted for training. A further nine young people aged 16 and 17 were not accepted for a course in limited skill engineering at the Carfin pre-vocational centre.
