§ Mr. SpeedI am satisfied that landscaping on the M62 is progressing satisfactorily with the design and construction of the motorway. As part of my Department's achievement of currently planting over a million trees and shrubs each year on motorways and trunk roads, I am satisfied too that the planting is being carried out on the M62 at the proper time, mainly during the planting season following the completion of the engineering works.
