Ian Paisleyasked the Secretary of State for Northern Ireland if he will make a statement on the evidence which the security forces have that the bomb planted at the Britannia Bar, Newtownards Road, Belfast, on Saturday night, 3rd June, was placed there by the Provisional Irish Republican Army.
