§ Mr. Gordon CampbellI have no proposals at present to change the Scottish system of collecting aliment under civil decree. This system is only one aspect—although a very important one—of the Scottish Law Commission's current examination of the law of diligence in Scotland. This is a wide-ranging inquiry and it is still too early to say when the commission's report may be expected.
