294Wof ultra high frequency transmitters which would have to be built in Wales to enable all the people of Wales to receive 625 line television transmissions.
§ Sir J. EdenSince universal reception of television is unattainable in practice any such estimate would be meaningless. So far, 50 stations are planned for Wales and more will certainly be needed to achieve reasonable coverage. It is too early to estimate the cost.
