Mr. Pavittasked the Secretary of State for Social Services what were the dates on which he has met representatives of the Association of the British Pharmaceutical Industry on the industry's profitability under the arrangements to review the Voluntary Price Regulation 250W Scheme; when this present round of negotiations will be concluded; and if he will make a statement.
§ Sir K. JosephI met representatives of the association on 29th June and 21st December, 1971, and 1st and 13th March, 1972. There have since been meetings at official level but I cannot yet say when the discussions will be concluded.
